We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on all our products. This means that during this period you can try the product at home, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product or exchange the size. To be able to return the product, it must be in new condition.

Follow the steps below and use the returns portal to process your return/exchange and send your item back to ZacZess.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns processed via the returns portal. Returns not submitted through the portal will not be processed and will be sent back to the sender at the sender's expense. (Applies to Sweden, Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland).
How to Make a Return/Exchange:
1. Click on the returns portal for your country.
2. Enter your order number without the # sign (only five digits). Having trouble finding your order number? Contact us at support@zaczess.com.
3. Select which products you want to return/exchange and specify the reason for the return or the desired size for an exchange.
4. Choose your shipping method and pay the return shipping cost.
5. You will then receive an email with your shipping label/return information.
6. Depending on the shipping company, the next step may vary:
DPD, Postnord & DHL: Print the shipping label and attach it to the package.
Budbee & Instabox: Follow the instructions in the return information to book a locker and drop off the package. If a code or numbers are required on the package, make sure to enter them as instructed.
If you do not print and include the return form sent by email after paying for the return shipping, you need to include a note with your order number and email address in the package.
7. Pack your item(s) in an appropriate package. You may, for example, use the shipping bag your order was delivered in. Seal the package carefully to ensure it stays intact during transit. The product packaging should be returned with the product and must not be used as a shipping bag.
8. Drop off the package at the nearest post office or locker for the chosen shipping company. If you need help finding the correct location, we recommend visiting the shipping company’s website. Note that for Instabox and Budbee, you need to book a locker via their app/website to drop off the package.
Return/Exchange
You can process both exchanges and returns via our returns portal.
Exchanges: Only size exchanges are possible. If you want to exchange for a different product, model, or color, you should order the new product and return the old one.
If you indicate in the portal that you want to make an exchange, we will send you the new size when handling the package, provided it is in stock. You do not need to place a new order yourself. The invoice is not adjusted for exchanges and must be paid as usual.
Return Shipping Cost
Available shipping methods are displayed in each returns portal and are paid by card. If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us at support@zaczess.com for assistance.

Right of Withdrawal
As a customer (private individual), you always have 30 days to withdraw from your purchase starting from the day you receive your order from us.
Extended return policy applies for purchases made by private individuals from November 10, 2025, allowing returns until January 15, 2026. Does not apply to gift cards, which always have a 14-day withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or printed products, such as club collection items.
Refund/Invoice Adjustment
We process your exchange/return within 10 business days from when the package arrives to us. Once processed, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be completed.
Shipping costs remain and are never refunded. This includes both the original order shipping cost and return shipping costs.
For returns created by sending the original order shipment instead of using the returns portal, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your invoice or payment is adjusted only after we have processed your return. If the invoice is due soon, we recommend paying it or contacting the payment provider to pause the invoice. Note that the invoice is not adjusted for exchanges.
ZacZess is not responsible for any late fees or other costs incurred if the invoice is not paid on time.
Out of Stock
We can only process exchanges for products that are in stock. If the product you want to exchange is out of stock, or the exchange is not approved (e.g., a different model), your request will be handled as a return.
Additional Information
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused and in new condition.
- If the item is returned damaged or used, e.g., missing tags, damaged/missing original packaging, stains, hair, or missing protective wrapping, ZacZess may apply a depreciation based on the extent of the damage. This may be up to 100% of the product's value if ZacZess determines it is not in resalable condition. The consumer will receive the refund minus the deduction.
