Below you will find a collection of the most common questions that we at ZacZess often receive from our customers.

Order

What does shipping cost with you?

For orders over 1000 SEK within Sweden, there are options for free shipping available at checkout. The current shipping costs are based on your region and are shown at checkout.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do! You can find them here: https://www.zaczess.com/products/presentkort-1.

Our gift cards are sent digitally to the email address provided at checkout.

If you also want a physical gift card, please email us at support@zaczess.com and provide your order number, name, and address.

Where do I enter my discount code or gift card?

You enter your discount code or gift card at checkout before completing your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot add discount codes or gift cards afterward.

Can I combine discount codes with promotions?

Generally, discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with promotions or on promotional products. Exceptions may apply, for example for influencer discounts or discounts via SMS/newsletters during promotional periods.

Why isn't my discount code working?

If you have trouble with a discount code, we recommend checking the following:

  • Check the spelling of the code.
  • Make sure the code’s expiration date has not passed.
  • If the code comes from our newsletter, ensure you have entered the same email address at checkout.

If all of the above is correct, it may be because the code is restricted, for example, it cannot be combined with current offers or discounted products.

Can I adjust/cancel an order I have placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can adjust or cancel an order before it is shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@zaczess.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

If your order has already been shipped, we ask you to make a return once you have received it.

Delivery

How long does the delivery take?

The delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and region. Within Sweden, it usually takes 1–4 business days, while deliveries outside Sweden take about 3–6 business days. The estimated delivery time for your region is shown at checkout.

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking link by email when we ship your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam or other unwanted mail folders. Contact us at support@zaczess.com if you need further assistance.

We recommend that you first track your package through the shipping company's app/website:

If the package has not arrived within the specified timeframe, please contact our customer support.

What happens if I don't pick up my package on time?

If a package is not picked up from the agent, a fee of 200 SEK / 20 EUR / 20 USD will be charged. A refund of the remaining amount from the order will be made, but any shipping cost will not be refunded. If you still want your order, please place a new order.

I have received the wrong product

We apologize for the incorrect delivery! Please take a picture of the delivered product and send it along with your order number to support@zaczess.com, and we will assist you further.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return/exchange?

Return
To make a return, use the return portal for your country, which you can find here: https://www.zaczess.com/pages/exchanges-and-returns. Fill in your details and pay the return shipping cost to receive your return label and return information. Your return will be processed within 10 business days after we receive it, and the refund will be issued within 1-3 business days thereafter.

Exchange
For exchanges, follow the same procedure, but indicate that it is an exchange and fill in the desired size in the return portal. Once we have received the package, we will automatically send out the new size – no new order is needed. Please note that your invoice will not be adjusted for exchanges.

Do I need access to a printer to make a return/exchange?

For return shipping with Instabox, Budbee, and Postnord (within Sweden), you do not need access to a printer. However, for returns with DPD and DHL, access to a printer is required.

How much does it cost to make a return or an exchange?

The current prices can be seen in your return portal.

  • Sweden: From 52 SEK
  • Finland, Denmark, the Netherlands & Belgium: From 5.95 EUR
  • Germany & Poland: From 10 EUR

When and how will I receive a refund for my return?

Refunds are made using the same payment method as the purchase within 1-3 business days after the return has been processed. For invoice payments, your invoice will be adjusted automatically.

The return is processed within 10 business days from when we receive it.

Products

Are your breeches available with different grip options?

Yes, they do! All our breeches and leggings come with full grip, and the majority are also available with half grip. We also have selected models completely without grip.

Size guide

Each product page includes a size guide. Generally, our products run true to size.

My desired product is out of stock

If your desired size is out of stock, we recommend clicking “Notify me” and entering your email address to be notified when the product is back in stock. We work hard to keep all sizes available and hope to have your size back soon.

I’m choosing between two sizes, which one should I take?

We generally recommend choosing the smaller size in our breeches and riding leggings if you are between two sizes. For our winter breeches and winter riding leggings, we instead recommend choosing the larger size if you are unsure.

For tops, we recommend choosing the larger size if you are between two sizes or prefer a looser fit.
