When the consumer orders from ZacZess.com, the consumer automatically accepts the purchase terms stated below on this page. The terms apply between ZacZess and the consumer when the consumer places an order via the site. The consumer can contact support@zaczess.com with questions about the terms.

 

Purchase

A purchase agreement is only concluded when the consumer has received an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess retains ownership of the products until payment has been received. The consumer must be 18 years old to shop at ZacZess or have approval from a guardian.

 

Prices

Discount codes and promotions cannot be applied to already completed orders. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotion period. 

All prices on the website are shown in SEK, EUR, USD, or NOK depending on the consumer's choice of currency. For orders from a country within the EU, VAT is included in the price. Within Sweden, VAT of 25% is included in all prices. For orders from a country outside the EU, prices are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

ZacZess reserves the right for any price adjustments, stock changes, translation errors, and typos, including incorrect prices, product descriptions, and stock status information. ZacZess has the right to correct such errors and will contact the consumer in case of an incorrect price. ZacZess awaits the consumer's approval of the new price before the order proceeds. 

Rounding of pennies may occur depending on the chosen currency and payment method. When paying in a currency other than SEK, currency conversion may occur according to the current exchange rate at the payment provider or the consumer's bank. ZacZess also reserves the right for any incorrect currency translations, exchange rate changes, and price typos.

 

Taxes and duties for countries outside the EU

For delivery to a country outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply. These are charged when the shipment reaches the consumer's delivery address. The VAT added is based on the consumer's total order value, regardless of whether the order is part of a promotion. ZacZess has no control over these fees, as they vary by country, and therefore cannot predict the amount. For further information, consumers are encouraged to contact their local customs office.

 

Payment options

Qliro is ZacZess's payment provider within Sweden and handles payment transactions at checkout. When the consumer chooses Swish as the payment method, the payee will be Q*ZacZess. This means that Qliro is the recipient of the money for the purchase and manages the payment on behalf of ZacZess.

Products

Images on the site are illustrative and may differ in color, appearance, or function. 

Sizes may vary between different colors, models, and manufacturing batches. Colors may also vary between different models and batches.

Size guides and recommendations on the website are indicative and do not guarantee fit. Fit may vary depending on body type, personal preferences, and the specific product model.

 

PreLoved

PreLoved products are items that may have been previously owned or used and are therefore not new. PreLoved items may, for example, have been previously owned by another consumer, used in photo shoots, have cosmetic or production defects, or belong to discontinued ranges.

Products are sold as is, and any defects stated in the product description cannot be claimed.

PreLoved products can be returned but not exchanged, as each product is unique. Otherwise, ZacZess's regular return policy applies. Read more in the Terms of Purchase under the sections “Right of withdrawal and open purchase” and “Exchanges & Returns” found at the bottom of the website.

 

Shipping and delivery

For purchases over 1000 SEK within Sweden (after any discounts), ZacZess offers free shipping. Applies only to selected shipping options. Current shipping costs are shown at checkout. 

ZacZess sends notifications related to the consumer's order to the email address and/or mobile number provided at purchase. ZacZess cannot be held responsible for incorrect information given at the time of purchase. Please check your contact information carefully to ensure notifications can be received correctly.

The consumer is responsible for providing correct delivery details, name, and contact information. If a package cannot be delivered or picked up due to incorrect or incomplete information and is returned to ZacZess, the consumer will be charged a fee for this. For more information, see the section "Uncollected package" in the terms of purchase.

If the delivery time for an ordered product changes before it is shipped, ZacZess will notify the consumer as soon as possible. The consumer then has the right to cancel the order at no cost.

ZacZess reserves the right that products may become sold out before the website is updated. In such cases, the consumer will be informed that the product has been removed from the order, that the entire order has been canceled, or of a new estimated delivery time. In the latter case, the consumer has the option to cancel their order.

If necessary, ZacZess or the shipping company may change the selected shipping option, for example if the package is too large for the mailbox/locker, if lockers/agents are full, or in case of problems with the shipping company. No compensation will be provided for this.

ZacZess packs and ships orders on weekdays excluding holidays, except for public holidays and holiday eves. During periods of high demand, such as sales and promotions, longer processing times may occur. Extraordinary circumstances such as severe weather conditions, disruptions in the transport network, force majeure events, or other unforeseen events may also affect the time for packing and handing over orders to the shipping company.

ZacZess is not responsible for any delays in the consumer's delivery. 

 

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

Consumers who are private individuals have a 30-day right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to ZacZess within 30 days of receipt. The product must be sent back in its original packaging and be unused in like-new condition. 

Returns and exchanges are handled via the ZacZess return portal where current prices for return shipping are displayed. All products are individually inspected upon returns and exchanges. If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, for example with missing tags, damaged/missing original packaging, or with stains, hair, or missing protective plastic, ZacZess has the right to apply a depreciation based on the extent of the damage. This can be up to 100% of the product's value if the product is not considered to be in a sellable condition by ZacZess.  The consumer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personally designed products or printed products (such as from club collections). Gift cards only have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Shipping costs remain and are never refunded. This includes both the order's shipping cost at purchase and return shipping costs.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns handled via the return portal. Returns not processed through the return portal will not be picked up and will be sent back to the consumer. at the consumer's expense. The consumer must use the return portal to return or exchange an item. (Applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland). For returns from other countries, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer. ZacZess reserves the right to, for example, cancel the consumer's future orders in cases of unusual behavior regarding orders/returns or systematic abuse of our return policy.

Complaints

If the consumer wants to complain about a damaged or defective product, the consumer should contact ZacZess via email support@zaczess.com for further instructions. Please include the order number, pictures, and a description of the defect to facilitate handling of the case.

When purchasing through a retailer, you should contact the retailer for questions regarding complaints.

When purchasing a ZacZess product from a private individual, ZacZess unfortunately cannot assist with complaints.

 

Damaged goods

The consumer should check their order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, the consumer should contact ZacZess as soon as possible via email to support@zaczess.com.

 

Refunds

Refunds are always sent back to the same account used for the purchase.

 

Package not picked up

If the consumer's package arrives at a pickup location, a notification will be sent via email, SMS, or app. The consumer is responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address, and email address provided are correct. If the package is not picked up, the consumer will be charged a fee as follows:

  • Within Sweden: 200 SEK
  • Within the EU: 20 EUR
  • Outside the EU: 20 USD

The same applies to packages that cannot be delivered due to, for example, incorrect or incomplete address or name provided by the consumer. The same fee as for uncollected packages will be charged in these cases.

The consumer should stay attentive to tracking updates via email (including spam), SMS, and the respective shipping company's app to avoid missing the delivery. It is the consumer's responsibility to pick up the package on time and to contact ZacZess if no tracking information is received after ordering. Contact support@zaczess.com for help tracking the delivery.

To reduce the risk of missing deliveries, ZacZess recommends that the consumer downloads the shipping company's app to track the package.

 

Personal Data

In summary, the following applies to ZacZess's policy:

- ZacZess only collects the information necessary to fulfill its commitments to the consumer.

- ZacZess does not share the consumer's data with third parties, except when required to fulfill its commitments or comply with legal requirements, such as accounting rules.

- ZacZess only stores the information required by law or to provide the best possible service.

ZacZess is the data controller for the processing of the consumer's personal data. If the consumer has questions about how their data is handled or wishes to exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), please contact ZacZess at: support@zaczess.com.

Force Majeure

In events such as war, natural disasters, labor disputes, government decisions, or other comparable events beyond ZacZess's control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and which affect entered agreements and commitments, ZacZess is released from its obligations to fulfill such agreements.

 

Disputes

If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly between ZacZess and the consumer, ZacZess primarily refers to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for review in Sweden. For consumers within the EU, the EU Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) can also be used. If the dispute cannot be resolved through these channels, it will be decided in a Swedish general court.


ZacZess follows Swedish law in its agreements and sales, unless otherwise stated. For sales outside Sweden, Swedish law applies unless it conflicts with mandatory consumer protection rules in the consumer's home country.
