Organization Number: 559155-7714 When the consumer orders from ZacZess.com, the consumer automatically agrees to the terms of purchase below on this page. The terms apply between ZacZess and the consumer when the consumer completes an order via this site. Buy

A purchase agreement is only entered into when the consumer has received an order confirmation from ZacZess. ZacZess has ownership rights to the products until payment is received. You must be 18 years old to shop at ZacZess or have the approval of a guardian.

Delivery time

The products are normally sent within 1-3 working days from the time of ordering. If the delivery time changes, the customer is notified as soon as possible and the customer then has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. ZacZess reserves the right for stock items to be sold out before we have time to update the website, if this happens we will of course update the customer with a new estimated delivery time. The customer then has the opportunity to take back their order.

Prices

All prices include 25% VAT. We take responsibility for any price adjustments, stock changes and obvious typographical errors, which include incorrect prices, product descriptions and information that an item is in stock. ZacZess has the right to correct such errors. In the event of an incorrect price, the consumer is contacted and ZacZess awaits approval of the new price before continuing the order. Image information on the site can be considered illustrations and these illustrations cannot be considered accurate in either color, appearance or function.

Shipping prices

Free shipping on orders over SEK 1,000 within Sweden. For orders from other countries, the shipping price is shown at checkout. 

Payment options

ZacZess uses Klarna, Ideal, Swish, Apple Pay and cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Union Pay and Amex as payment methods. The payment methods you can choose from are shown at checkout, and depend on your region.

Product delays

There may be delivery delays that occur outside of our control. If this occurs, we waive responsibility for compensation to the customer for the damage caused by the delay.

Right of withdrawal and open purchase

As a private individual, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have 30 days from receiving the item to cancel your purchase. It is important that the item is sent back in its original packaging and is unused in new condition. Returns and exchanges cost SEK 59. 

When returning damaged goods, including but not limited to: lost tags, stains, hair or missing original packaging, ZacZess has the right to apply a reduction in value based on the degree of damage. The customer gets money back for the item minus the deduction that was decided.

Complaints

If you wish to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Include your order number, picture and description of the error to facilitate the matter.

Damaged goods

When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible via email to support@zaczess.com

Refunds

Refunds are always sent back to the same account used for purchase.

Package not collected

If your package arrives at a drop-off location, a notification will be sent to you via email or SMS. As a customer, you are responsible for the correctness of the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered. If you do not collect your package, you will be charged a fee as stated below. Specially ordered goods are charged for the full value plus shipping and return shipping.

Within Sweden : SEK 200

EU name : 20 EUR

Outside the EU : 20 USD

Keep an eye on tracking updates by email (even in spam), SMS and through the respective shipping company's app so you don't miss your delivery. It is your responsibility as a customer to collect your package on time and to pay attention if you have not received any tracking information after your order. Contact us at support@zaczess.com, and we will check how your delivery is doing.

ZacZess uses, among other things, Klarna as a payment method. Klarna is one of the most secure payment solutions on the internet. You can choose between paying by card or on invoice.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
