Returns and exchanges
If you need to make a size exchange or a return, please click on the link below to register your return or exchange. Please note that you can only change the size, not change to a new product or color. Once you have filled in all the details, you will be given the option to print a return shipping label. The return/exchange cost is paid directly in the return portal. Once you have printed your return shipping label, tape the package together and hand it in to your nearest postal agent. If you have any questions, please email support@zaczess.com.

If your country is not included, the package can be returned to the address below. The customer is then responsible for any return costs:
