Our much-loved Teddy Leggings are back – now with smart improvements based on your feedback!

New features: We have lowered the waist to a comfortable mid-rise fit and made the stretch in the waistband softer. The waistband is also slightly narrower for a more flexible and comfortable feel.

For added safety in low-light conditions, we have added two discreet reflective bands, one inside each pocket. You can easily pull them out when you want to be more visible – perfect if you happen to forget your reflective vest.

The leg endings are now length-adjustable thanks to two additional seams: one allows you to cut them to your desired length without the fabric fraying, and another can easily be undone from the inside to extend the leggings by approximately 1.5 cm.

Of course, we have kept the soft, warming teddy lining and the comfortable fit that make these leggings a favorite on chilly days – both in the stable and for everyday wear.

The grip, full or half, is partially seamless to prevent chafing during long riding sessions.

Care instructions

  • Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees Celsius.
  • Remove any mud/other dirt before washing.
  • Wash with similar colors.
  • Wash inside out.
  • Do not use fabric softener.
  • Tumble dry on low heat only.
  • Do not iron.
  • Stain remover can be used before washing for grass stains on light-colored products.
  • Exceptions to these general care instructions may be specified in the product description, and apply in addition to the above-mentioned care advice.

NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns processed through the return portal. Returns not made through the return portal will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. (Applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland). 

 

 

How to make a return/exchange:

1. Click on the return portal for your country.

2. Enter your order number without the # symbol (only five digits). Having trouble finding the order number? Contact us at support@zaczess.com.

3Choose which products you want to return/exchange and state the reason for the return or desired size for exchange.

4. Choose the shipping method and pay the return cost.

5. You will then receive an email with your shipping label/return information.

6. Depending on the shipping company, the next step varies:
Postnord: Choose between printing the shipping label yourself or scanning the QR code at an agent to get help with printing.

Budbee: Follow the information in the return instructions to book a locker and return the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)

Instabox: Follow the instructions in the return information to book a locker and write the specified numbers on the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)

DPD/DHL/UPS: Print the shipping label and attach it to the package. Then drop off the package at any agent handling the chosen shipping method. 

If you do not print and include the return form sent by email after the return shipping is paid, you need to include a note with your order number and email address in the package.

 

7. Pack your item(s) in a suitable package. For example, you can use the shipping bag your order was delivered in. If the original shipping bag is used for the return, any previous barcode and shipping label must be covered or removed. Seal the package carefully to ensure it holds during the entire shipping process. The product packaging should be returned with the product and must not be used as a shipping bag.

8. Then drop off the package at the nearest post office or locker for the chosen shipping company. If you need help finding what this is, we recommend visiting the shipping company's website. Please note that for Instabox and Budbee, you need to book a spot in a locker via their app/website to drop off the package.

 

Return/Exchange

You can make both exchanges and returns in our return portal.

Exchanges: Only size exchanges are possible. If you wish to exchange for another product, model, or color, you do so by ordering the new product and returning the old product.

If you indicate in the return portal that you wish to make an exchange, we will send the new size to you when processing the package, provided it is in stock. You do not need to place a new order yourself. The invoice is not adjusted for exchanges and should be paid as usual.

Right of withdrawal

As a customer (private individual), you always have 30 days open purchase from the day you receive your order from us.

 

Refund/Invoice adjustment

We process your exchange/return within 10 business days from when the package arrives to us. After the return is processed, it takes 1-3 business days for the refund to be completed. 

Shipping costs remain and are never refunded. This includes both the shipping cost from the order and return costs.

For returns made by returning via the order's original shipping and not through the return portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount during processing.

Your invoice or payment will only be adjusted after we have processed your return. If the invoice is about to expire, we recommend that you pay it or contact the payment service provider to pause the invoice. Note that the invoice is not adjusted for product exchanges.

ZacZess is not responsible for any late fees or other costs incurred due to the invoice not being paid on time.

 

Out of stock

We can only process exchanges for products that are in stock. If you request an exchange for a product that is out of stock, or an exchange that is not approved (for example, a desired exchange to another model), your request will be handled as a return.

 

Other information

- The product must be sent back in its original packaging and be unused in like-new condition.

If the item is returned in damaged or used condition, for example with missing labels, damaged/missing original packaging, or with stains, hair, or missing protective plastic, ZacZess has the right to apply a depreciation based on the extent of the damage. This can be up to 100% of the product's value if the product is not considered to be in a sellable condition by ZacZess.  The consumer receives a refund for the item minus the deduction.
