We offer a 30-day fit guarantee on all our products. This means that during this period you can try the product at home, and if you are not satisfied, you can return the product or exchange the size. To be able to return the product, it must be in new condition.

How to make a return or exchange:

PLEASE NOTE: ZacZess only accepts returns processed through the return portal. Returns not made through the return portal will not be processed and will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. (Applies to Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, and Finland).
How to make a return/exchange:
1. Click the return portal for your country.
2. Enter your order number without the # symbol (five digits only). Having trouble finding your order number? Contact us at support@zaczess.com.
3. Select the products you want to return/exchange and provide the reason for the return or the desired size for an exchange.
4. Select a shipping method and pay the return fee.
5. You will then receive an email with your shipping label/return information.
6. The next step varies depending on the shipping carrier:
Postnord: Choose whether to print the shipping label yourself or scan the QR code at a service point to get help printing it.
Budbee: Follow the information in the return details to book a locker and return the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)
Instabox: Follow the instructions in the return information to book a locker, and write the specified numbers on the package. (No physical shipping label is used for this return method)
DPD/DHL/UPS: Print the shipping label and attach it to the package. Then drop off the package at any service point that handles the relevant shipping method.
If you do not print and include the return form sent by email after the return shipping fee is paid, you need to include a note with your order number and email address in the package.
7. Pack your item(s) in a suitable package. You can, for example, use the shipping bag your order was delivered in. If the original shipping bag is used for the return, the previous barcode and shipping label must be covered or removed. Seal the package carefully to ensure it remains intact throughout shipping. The product packaging must be returned with the product and may not be used as a shipping bag.
8. Then drop off the package at the nearest service point or locker for the selected shipping carrier. If you need help finding one, we recommend visiting the shipping carrier’s website. Please note that for Instabox and Budbee, you need to book a locker through their app/website before dropping off the package.
Return/Exchange
You can make both exchanges and returns through our returns portal.
Exchanges: Only size exchanges are possible. If you wish to exchange for a different product, model, or color, you must do so by ordering the new product and returning the old product.
If you indicate in the returns portal that you wish to make an exchange, we will send you the new size when processing the package, provided it is in stock. You do not need to place a new order yourself. Invoices are not adjusted for exchanges and should be paid as usual.

Available shipping methods are shown in the respective returns portal and can be paid for by card. If you are unable to pay by card, please contact us at support@zaczess.com .

Right of withdrawal
As a customer (private individual), you always have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order from us.
Refund/Invoice adjustment
We process your exchange/return within 10 business days of the package arriving at our facility. Once the return has been processed, the refund takes 1–3 business days to complete.
Shipping costs remain payable and are never refunded. This includes both the shipping cost for the order and the return shipping costs.
For returns created by returning via the order’s original shipping method rather than through the returns portal, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount during processing.
Your invoice or payment will only be adjusted after we have processed your return. If the invoice is about to fall due, we recommend that you pay it or contact the payment service provider to pause the invoice. Please note that the invoice is not adjusted in the event of an exchange.
ZacZess is not responsible for any late-payment fees or other costs incurred because the invoice is not paid on time.
Out of stock
We can only process exchanges for products that are in stock. If you wish to exchange for a product that is out of stock, or if the exchange is not approved (for example, an exchange for a different model), your request will be handled as a return.
Other information
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused and in new condition.
- If the item is returned damaged or used, for example with missing labels, damaged or missing original packaging, or with stains, hair, or missing protective plastic, ZacZess has the right to apply a reduction in value based on the extent of the damage. This may be up to 100% of the product’s value if ZacZess determines that the product is not in sellable condition. The consumer will receive a refund for the item minus the deduction.

Fantastiska byxor!! Jag tycker de sitter bra, de är stretchiga utan att bli sladdriga, har ett väldigt trevligt grepp (speciellt nu med nya skoningen) och supersmidigt med fickor på sidan av benen. Alla färger är också sååå fina!!

These are the best and most comfortable leggings I’ve ever worn!
They fit beautifully – snug in all the right places – and still look amazing even in a light color. While they don’t completely hide cellulite, the overall look and feel is so flattering that I honestly don’t mind. Highly recommend!

Just when you think you already have great riding leggings, I’ve now realized that these leggings surpass the others by 100%. They feel like a second skin! They don’t slip down, are squat-proof, and that’s even with a light color! Normally, you’d see some skin imperfections, but that’s not the case at all here. I love the color, and I’d gladly trade all my leggings for those from Zaczess!

Een fietsrijlegging die zeer prettig zit dankzij de rekbare stof de extra hoge, en ondersteunende taileband waardoor de legging goed blijft zitten die jou maximaal comfort en bewegings vrijheid geeft.
Een ruiter blijft goed op de paard rijzadel zitten door de siliconen greep op achterkant van de legging.
Ik blijf goed op mijn fietszadel zitten hierdoor.
De broekzakken aan beide zijden van de broek zijn groot, en dus super praktisch.
Kortom een super fijne legging die heerlijk zit, zeer praktisch is en dan ook nog eens mooi is.
